![]() Maybe measure voltage from the pwm wire to ground would help too.if you used AC mode. But to tell if they use PWM mode I'd have to measure the voltage when they slow down and speed up. I've got Q-control disabled and 3 PWM fans work for me. So is anyone else experiencing these problems or is this a well known thing and I'm just late to the party? I did some digging and have found that you in fact cannot control any fans from these headers, instead you can only control fans that are plugged into the CPU/ OPT CPU fan header. They could not help me and kept asking me the same questions over and over even though they already had all the info they needed. Probably some of the worst tech support I've had to deal with IMO. I've contacted ASUS technical support and they were no help at all. ![]() I also tried setting up the fans in the bios and made sure Q-fan was enabled. Even choosing the presets such as 'silent' does not change the fan speed. My motherboard detects all the fans but still does not let me setup a simple fan curve or anything of the sort. When they're plugged in they show up in AI suit but I am unable to control them, the fans just run at max all the time, the only fan I can control is my CPU fan. I have multiple PWM fans plugged into my chassis fan headers on the motherboard. ![]() I've been having problems with controlling fans in AI suit 3 and wanted to know if other people are having the same problem. ![]()
